You should still be able to access Linux, provided the repartitioning
doesn't remove or alter the boot record. The repartitioning won't
touch the second drive, so everything there should be OK. Rerunning
LILO shouldn't be necessary, but you might want to do it just on
general principles.

Well, a spare boot floppy always is a good idea. Just dd the Linux
kernel to a good floppy, then use rdev to tell the Linux kernel which
drive/partition contains your root partition.
