Problem Installation from Harddisk

I am not able to install RedHat 5.2 from Harddisk.
I downloaded everything from ftp.redhat.com.
I have Win 98 Partition(Windows 95=>32bit) and another Zip disk Drive(DOS
16bit => 32bit) containing RedHat 5.2 tree at root level
redhat
|-base<dir>
|-instimage<dir>
|-rpms<dir>
rpmcontents.gz
i386
TRANS.TBL
Both theses partitions are accessible from Bash#
On second consoles (Alt-F2)(while Installation or in rescue mode)
Could'nt locate, why?
either files under redhat shd be in some other form
