It took them 2 weeks to tell me my question about setting up X11 wasn't
an install question, and hence no installation support. Apparently
if you've ever had a login prompt, then they consider it installed. I
still choose to buy the RH boxed set (from 3rd party sellers for about $29)
because the packaging is a good service for me. It's just easier to assume
you'll get NO support from them. Perhaps things will be different when
they start provigind fee-based support.
