How to get OffiX drag and drop to work?

Hello,
I am still searching for a way to drag and drop remote e-mail text to a
printer icon. I obtained and installed the following OffiX utilities
from a Macmillan Linux Utilities cdrom sold by CompUSA:
1.OffiX-Clipboard-2.4-2.i386.rpm 2.OffiX-Editor-2.4-2.i386.rpm
3.OffiX-Execute-2.4a-2.i386.rpm 4.OffiX-Files-2.4e-2.i386.rpm
5.OffiX-Printer-2.4d-2.i386.rpm 6.OffiX-Trash-2.4-3.i386.rpm
7.OffiX-devel-2.4-4.i386.rpm. I attempted to get these to work
together in the fvwm2 and NextStep environments. No setup info was
supplied. The printer module persisted in saying that no printers are
available even though lpr was available and live. Execute did not start
drag and drop. Does anyone know how to get things working?
