Hi Tom,
Let me clarify why I suggested doing #which netscape...
It would be useful if your existing netscape was installed from
netscape-something.tar.gz, just so you can see where your
current netscape is located.
If your old netscape was installed from an rpm, you don't
need to bother with the 'which'. When you upgrade using
rpm -Uvh netscape-communicator.xxx.rpm netscape-common.xxx.rpm
it will automatically do everything right.
You always need the netscape-common rpm.
Then pick ONE of netscape-communicator or netscape-navigator.
The communicator archive contains everything thats available.
The navigator archive is missing email, html editor, etc, and
its smaller, and hopefully faster. If you have over 24mb of memory,
go for communicator, since you might like the email tool, especially
if you have used Windows quite a bit.
