Click "Configure" in glint and that will bring up a dialog that you can
use to tell glint where to look for available packages. After you do
that, click "Available" and it will show you available (uninstalled)
packages in the directory you entered.

This is an awful lot of work if you just need to install/upgrade a
single (or even two or three) packages, though: rpm -ivh <package> or
rpm -Uvh <package> is a lot faster, IMO.
