This is a Qt problem, not a RH one.  Right now, things built with one
version of Qt will not necessarily compile or run against another
version.  If you really want to run Explorer, then I would use the
specific version mentioned in the RPM dependency, but if it's not the
same one your KDE was built against, you might not be able to run KDE
without getting the same kind of errors!  Hopefully, Qt will settle down
in a bit, but right now, you will probably only be able to compile/run a
few KDE programs built after the distribution was installed on your
machine.  The developers always use the latest version, which usually
conflicts with the Qt stuff already on your system.  Just hang in there.
