If he is using the standard setup of Anotherlevel in redhat it is
xload and the file you should be looking at is
/etc/X11/Anotherlevel/fvwm2rc.modules.m4
Comment out the line that refers to the xload module. I suggest you
copy this to your home directory however and call it .fvwm2rc.modules
it will read this before it reads the system ones under the
Anotherlevel directory.
Always copy these files to your home directory and edit them there and
don't touch the ones in /etc/X11/Anotherlevel.
