I'm using the 4.5 from contrib.redhat.com/libc6/i386
4578444 netscape-common-4.50-1.i386.rpm
5152072 netscape-communicator-4.50-1.i386.rpm
I like the mail interface better and it seems much faster
than the 4.0x versions. They all seem to crash
now and then, but I've never lost any email with any
version of Netscape - Linux or Windows.
When I was an elm user 2 years ago I lost mail
several times.
