Depends on what you have now. I went to 4.5 from 4.07 and hated the
length of time it took to get the browser and all of the memory it
used. I went back to 3.0x for awhile and now use 4.08. I liked 3.0x
mailer better (though I seldom use it) but, 4.07/8 had better
capability and _MUCH_ lower system requirements than 4.5.

Some love it but, not for me.
