The college I am attending is offering the above mentioned internet acces=
s to
on-campus housing student as a pilot program during Spring 1999 Semester.

They are claiming the following:

=09Minimum of 1.5 Mbps download speeds
=09Can use telephone while online
=09No need for two telephone lines
=09At least 60 times faster than 56K analog modems
=09Easy to use
=09Direct connection 24 hours a day
=09Ethernet card provided
=09
The cost for this is $100.00 for the semester.

Is anyone on the list familiar with this technology and will Linux suppor=
t it?

I am using RH 5.1
