I think Microsoft Outlook stores email in a proprietary format to prevent
you from from reading it with other systems.  I beleive you have to
forward, bounce or resend each message to an email address you
can receive on Linux.  Even Netscape never came up with a method of
importing Outlook folders - Eudora yes, Outlook no.
