I think Pepsi eventually divested most of
the restaurants but left Coke with a much larger market share.

Actually, PepsiCo still, sadly, owns Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, and
FritoLays. They also make a lot of products like AquaFina, which they don't
put their name on except in small print. And they have a lawsuit pending
against the Coca Cola company for unfair business practices. <shaking head
sadly>
