1st star = minutes
2nd star = hours
3d star = day
4th star = month
5th star = day of week

So if you would like to run fetchmail at 03:00 PM as an user, you would
do:

1/ "crontab -e" on the commandline
2/ enter: * 15 * * * /usr/bin/fetchmail

But, another thing: Are you online constantly? You don't need to connect
to your ISP prior to executing fetchmail?
