OK, today I have a brand new problem. I'm running LPRng version 3.4.2-1
When I do "lpr -Pprintername filename" nothing seems to work. The datafile
doesn't get run through the printer, it just gets dumped straight into the
printer.
If I do a "cat filenam | filtername | lpr -Pprintername" then it prints
perfectly, which tells me that it ain't the filter causing the problem.
Any suggestions as to why this is happening, or what I can do to fix it
instead of having to do the long, drawn-out cat option every time I want to
print??
thanks.
