I asked a very similar question in this list yesterday. You might want to check the list archives for the answers I got, but from what I remember people recommended x-isp, ezppp, wmppp, and PPPui. You can find x-isp and wmppp at freshmeat.net, ezppp is probably somewhere at sunsite, and PPPui is at http://www.teleport.com/~nmeyers/PPPui/. I decided to go with PPPui because it is simple, clean, and doesn't require any substantial changes to any of my RH ppp scripts.
