I'm not sure about the answer to that, but if you run "make xconfig" you
can see literally all options available -- and ones that aren't
available are disabled until you make a choice that enables them. This
would be an easy way to see which one enables the ISO9660 option.

The "make menuconfig" may do the same thing.
