RH 5.2 purchase w/o credit card

Hi,
Until few weeks back, RedHat was offering its software to be purchased
online but pay when it gets to the buyer. This allowes those to be able to
buy who either do not have credit cards [yes, it can happen] or do not wish
to send its information. But now, redhat has stopped that. They now
*require* credit card information. Being from Pakistan, its quite hard for me.
My boss does not want to give credit card info on the Net or fax or
whatever. He went to US and asked me to order RH 5.2 to the address he will
be in US. He would then pay the bill. Now, when he is gone, I went to order
the packet only to find that redhat has stopped the service of 'bill me'
How and where can I get RH 5.2 without credit card? My boss is just about
to come back to Pakistan. OR should I drop the idea of upgrading and stick
to 4.1!
