Hm... stdio.h, ... not found - do you have the "devel" rpm of glibc
installed? I presume it's something along the lines of "glibc-devel" or so -
I'm not sure as I have a Red Hat 4.2 system myself. You're missing standard
header files, that's for sure. Are there any files in /usr/include?
I'm not sure about your second problem, so I'll leave that to others... :-}
