Look in your process list (do a 'ps aux') - you most likely already have
some httpd processes running.  If so, chances are you already have apache
up and running! (redhat does this by default if you install apache during
installation).  have you tried to start netscape and do a http://localhost/
or a http://your.ip.here/ yet? =)
