I'm trying to install Red Hat 5.1 on a SCSI hard drive that's on an =
Adaptec
1522B (Plug and Play - ISA bus) controller.

The hardware compatibility page shows that as compatible but not =
supported. And
the autoprobe doesn't find the card ("I can't find the device anywhere on=
 your
system").

Can anyone point me to directions for installing the card? So far, I =
haven't
even found anything that describes the format for typing parameters into =
the
dialog that follows the error message.
