Seems like I saw a directory on the RedHat ftp server named "large-fd".  In
it there were RPMs for 2.0.36 and glibc.  I'm assuming those binaries have
large file descriptor capabilities, but I haven't had a chance to actually
look at the source code to see what really is in there.  So if you take a
look, let us know...
