Actually, they wouldn't be off the hook if they changed the name, since
it is the same product and trying to be sneaky by changing the name doesn't
sit well with judges. Windoze98 is another product. Windoze95 still exists.
If I remember correctly, the DOJ thingy included 95 and any decendents, which
would include 98.
Things are not going well for MicroSh!t (yeah!!!!)
