That would be nice - even if it were on the extra CDs in the Powertools
set (which it might be anyway).

I've noted that Redhat, along with most other distributions, ship
openwindows and twm along with fvwm and some other choices. I
wonder if those older window managers are used that much anymore
by the Redhat community -- for instance it might be useful to
take a poll. I have a feeling that openwindows & twm are hardly
used at all, and they could be taken off if so to make more 
room.
