Blanker 6.0 Screen saving and more...
Blanker is an easy to use program with powerful functions that are not
available in the standard Operating System/2. Features available in the latest
major version include:
* Blanker supports OS/2, DOS and WIN-OS/2 full screen sessions.
* DPMS and APMS support turns your monitor off if the monitor supports this
function.
* Full Multimedia support allowing you to assign WAV and MID files to external
modules - even play an audio CD while a module is active.
* Hot corners and key combinations allow you to instantly blank or power down
your screen.
* Password protection with user and supervisor password.
* Screen capturing, saving and WYSIWYG printing.
* Launch keys allow you to open any object with a single keystroke from any
application on the Workplace Shell or windowed OS/2 and DOS session.
* Information window displays a wealth of important system information.
* An alarm function allows you to schedule up to 32 alarms to automate
everything from data-backup to reminding you to call a friend in a few
hours.
A comprehensive, highly configurable settings notebook allows you a maximum of
flexibility. Over 65 different animation modules from fireworks to 3D
animation.
The Blanker package includes Blanker Lite which has all the screen saving
features of Blanker but no additional functions. Both Blanker and Blanker Lite
can be installed using English and German language support.
