Leading financial software package maker to attend Warpstock '97

OS/2 Users, Vendors to Meet in L.A, CA

June 2, 1997 - - Oklahoma City - - SofTouch Systems, an advisory member of the
Warpstock '97 steering committee, is pleased to announce Spitfire Software,
Atlanta, GA, will be attending the inaugural Warpstock event to be held in Los
Angeles, CA, October 24-26, 1997.

According to Bruce Landeck, president and owner of closely held Spitfire
Software "We are looking forward to Warpstock '97. We believe this event will
show support for all those individuals and small business owners who use OS/2.
For the vendors/developers of OS/2 products for that audience, it will give
us a great opportunity to greet our customers face to face". "We look forward
to meeting the wonderful SOHO and individual users which have made us the
number one provider of financial software for this market", he added.

Warpstock 97, a major conference for OS/2 small office/home office (SOHO) and
individual end-users, is an excellent opportunity for OS/2 SOHO and individual
users and OS/2 vendors to identify this market segment's product requirements
and to exchange ideas.

"Frankly, I'm not surprised so many individuals have already committed to
invest their personal time and money to attend an event aimed at the SOHO and
individual OS/2 user", said Felix Cruz, marketing director for SofTouch
Systems. "It confirms what many have said all along: That the SOHO market is a
lucrative market for OS/2, and can be well served by both IBM and independent
software vendors," Cruz said.

Spitfire Software was formed 4 years ago to provide quality financial software
for the OS/2 market. In that time it has released three products including
InCharge!, the leading OS/2 financial system for personal and small business
use. InCharge! won OS/2 Computing magazine's Editor's Choice Award for 1997 as
the best financial system on OS/2.

In Charge! is a full function personal and small business financial system for
OS/2. It supports multiple sets of books, and within a set of books it
supports all types of accounts and currencies. InCharge! provides integrated
management of multiple-year budgets, payables/receivables, home inventory,
stock portfolios, insurance, and tax data. Small business functions for
invoicing/billing, order entry, inventory, and sales analysis are provided.
VAT/GST, electronic bill payment via CheckFree, and check printing are
supported. InCharge imports/exports data in multiple formats. Integrated time
slips type function provided for attorneys, CPAs, and consultants. InCharge!
