WEB: Hobbes search engine and browser integrated

I have finally finished integrating the search engine and FTP browser on
HOBBES (http://hobbes.nmsu.edu). Play with it. Have fun. Note that it is
currently a bad idea to try to form your own URLs (though the only possible
ill effect, in theory, is falsely getting "no files found!").
I will soon finally get around to updating the main page to make it consistent
with the rest of the archive. :)
Also, if anyone wants to try drawing a background image for the archive, I
would be more than happy to try something out, even if it means changing the
colors (horror! :)
Thank you for putting up with me so far in making the improvements to HOBBES.
Now all that's left before i can start getting some actual sleep for a change
is the actual restructuring... (I'll put a link to an HTML-ized version of
that on the main page eventually, BTW)
