Worksaver Software is currently soliciting for participants in our Worksaver
Quotes 3.0 beta program.
Worksaver Quotes is a product designed to make invoicing and quoting products
virtually effortless. Quotes stores your company info, Customer records as
well as Quotes, invoices, paid invoices, sales receipts, RMAs Etc.
Products are entered by category and can also be included in "kits" or
"models" so that for instance if you sell computers, you may have
pre-configured models set up that are instantly accessible and reconfigurable.
Worksaver Quotes is adaptable for use in various business environments, From
house builders to electronics component manufacturers Worksaver has a handle
on it.
We have recently introduced many features such as detailed searching abilities
in each respective area of the program , reporting on respective categories,
indexing of various database items, GUI enhancements and reconfigurations etc
Also, Goldmine and ACT enhanced database support is being considered for
future beta testing.
Active participants of the Worksaver Beta Program will receive a complimentary
single user license of the product when it is released as our way of saying
thanks
BETA participation will be limited to preselected criteria. This criteria
includes a varying degree of hardware configurations, software setups and
Operating Systems.
All participants will be considered.
Current Beta is scheduled to end on or around 3/31/97 (likely a lot sooner),
at which point a new beta will be distributed.
Current version has been developed to run in Windows 16 mode which includes
Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows NT and OS/2 Ver 2.1 and higher with Win/OS2
support installed.
Win 95 and NT versions are next up for beta sometime later this year. OS/2
versions have been discussed and are being explored vigorously ( read we have
purchased multiple copies of Visual Age *.* and are porting some of the
screens and code to "feel" the waters)
DEVELOPERS: Also being seriously considered are subsets of the Worksaver
interface as components or objects that will be usable within MS development
environments and IBM Visual Age programming environments,including VB MS C++
VA Basic and VA C++.
