Toronto OS/2 User's Group -- TO/2
Thursday, March 13th. 7:00PM

Speakers will include:
HyperAccess for OS/2
A member presentation of HyperAccess for OS/2 multi-use communications
program. HAOS/2 allows not only standard dial-up connections but is
usable as a Telnet client and now has Kopy-Kat built in for remotely
connecting to your PC! Lot's of stuff in one little package.
Adobe ACROBAT for OS/2
Since TO/2 is about to start producing it's softcopy newsletters in PDF
(Adobe ACROBAT) format we'll take a look at how to use ACROBAT to get at
the newsletter and the thousands of PDF documents on the Internet via the
ACROBAT Netscape plug-in. After (or before!) this meeting head over to
Adobe and download the latest OS/2 version. Let's convince them to get
around to releasing that OS/2 beta version.
Special Announcement
Announcing the TO/2 Executive elections. Now is the opportunity to join
the TO/2 Executive committee and help contribute directly to the guiding
of TO/2 as a User's Group. Nominations will be taken between February and
April with the Election occurring at the April Meeting. Nominations in
writing or electronically to to2@to2.org.
