Announcing the new release of HearThis! - the only OS/2 music training
program available. HearThis improves your musical pitch and has the following
features. I've added the ability to play and test your ability to distinguish
chords (3,4 and 5 tone) and scales (first 3, 5, 7 notes or an octave).
* Tests your ability to distinguish intervals, chords and scales
* Keeps detailed records of your performance
* Provides feedback on your performance so you can pinpoint your
weaknesses
* Plays chords, intervals or scales upon request so you can learn what
they sound like
* Analyses your performance and adjusts the difficulty accordingly
* Allows you to select able range of notes and whether they are played
ascending or descending
* Allows choice of harmonic or arpeggioed chords chords and intervals
* Allows selection from wide variety of instruments
* Allows you to select a tempo or to have it adjusted automatically as
you improve
* Remembers previous performance, customized options and difficulty
settings
