---------------------------------------------------------------------
BMT Micro is proud to announce the release of our first OS/2 CDROM shareware
disc. This disc features all the top shelf OS/2 shareware distributed by BMT
Micro - over 100 of the very finest programs available for OS/2. We truly
believe you will find that having such a large collection of the very best
OS/2 shareware at your fingertips a valuable resource.
Best of all, each program on the disc can be registered with BMT Micro and you
can receive the registration information delivered directly to you soon after
placing your order (in almost all cases within 24 hours)
This is not a "shovelware" CD, it is a collection of files available from our
web site (http://www.bmtmicro.com) and contains the latest versions of all
programs as of 12 November, 1996.
In addition to being separated into categories, each program has been
unarchived into a separate subdirectory allowing many of the programs to be
run or installed directly from the disc. Even the programs that do not lend
themselves to direct installation from the disc have been unzipped allowing
the user to browse the various readme files, help files, etc. Each directory
has a descriptive text file that lists filenames and a brief description of
the files in that directory.
We will begin shipping on 29 November, 1996. Until then, we will be taking
pre-orders at a special price of $7.99 + $2.00 shipping. After 29 November
the price will be $9.99 + $2.00 shipping. Quantity discounts available for
user groups and Team OS/2 specials.
