---------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm sorry about the current delays in posts. My Server has been very cranky
due to some after effects of the recent spate of net-abuse, and has been
refusing to accept posts off-and-on over the past several days. It seems to
anticipate my attempts to post queued articles by getting wedged just before I
set up the posting session. The sysadmin is working hard to clean up remaining
problems and do not expect this to recur.
I am accelerating my development of a moderators' posting tool so I can use
other posting sites, and perhaps multi-cast posts to improve the propagation
of articles, since there have been reports of occasional articles not reaching
a particular site.
