Subject: ANN: phpEdu prealpha 1.0, a web-based educational management system

PhpEdu is a web-based educational management system for all instituitions of 
higher learning especially universities. Its rich features include a set of 
E-Learning modules which allows lecturers to deliver online courses, set 
homework, administer tests and exams etc. Other interesting features include 
admissions, course registration, attendance, fees and alumni modules. phpEdu 
is released under GNU Public License.

With pleasure I announce the 38th issue of the BogoMips mini-Howto. 

Current highest for a single-core un-hyperthreaded CPU with Linux is
6800.58 Bogomips, and current lowest is 0.02 Bogomips.  For other
information about BogoMips read the mini-Howto yourself, either at the
TLDP or on its home page on http://www.clifton.nl/bogomips.html.
