GPP 2.24 -- Generic preprocessor -- released on 2004-09-19
About:
GPP is a general-purpose preprocessor with customizable syntax, suitable
for a wide range of preprocessing tasks. Its independence from any
programming language makes it much more versatile than cpp, while its
syntax is lighter and more flexible than that of m4. The syntax is fully
customizable, which makes it possible to process text files, HTML, or
source code in a variety of languages equally efficiently
Changes since v2.23 (2004-07-11):
GPP now has a powerful meta-macro for formatting dates and times.

a new issue of the Linux-Mobile-Guide is available. This guide covers
laptop, notebook, PDA and mobile (cell) phone related Linux features, such
as installation methods (via network interface, without CD/DVD drive,
etc.), hardware features (PCMCIA, IrDA, BlueTooth, APM, ACPI, etc.) and
configurations for different environments.

HERE'S A SUGGESTION to LUGs across South Asia.
Please check the following site, and if you'd like some free space for your LUG
at the IOSN.net network, then you can get it by approaching sunil at mahiti.org

IOSN has been set up with the mandate of promoting FLOSS, with a focus on Asia.
They're funded by the UNDP/APDIP and the International Development Research
Centre (IDRC) of Canada.

As of now, there are 38 registered from India (some of which are probably
inactive), though many more have also been launched. If there is a central
point for identifying active LUGs, it could help build links and spur activity.
I think LI (Linux-India) also has such a mandate, but probably needs an
easy-to-fill-in interface. Or am I incorrect on this?

Somehow Goa's four LUGs seems to have slipped out; we have submitted details,

Lastly, smaller LUGs in particular are requested to sign-up at the 'Little
League', a network founded by Sukrit D of Pondicherry. The aim is to build a
network to share resources and ideas among smaller LUGs and thus help to build
each other. It would be really nice to have one 'link member' from each LUG on
board the 'Little League'.
