A new beta version of "Tux Paint," the Open Source drawing program for
young children, has been released.

Changes include:

  More documentation
  Automatic save-on-quit  (and load-on-startup)  of the current image
  The first few "Magic" tools (special effects):  Blur, Blocks and Negative
