Karim Yaghmour, auteur du Linux Trace Toolkit (LTT), viendra parler du
développement d'applications en temps réel à l'aide du Linux Real Time
Application Interface (RTAI) et de LTT.  Les différences techniques
entre RTAI et RTLinux seront discutées.

Les rencontres techniques mensuelles sont gratuites et ouvertes à
tous.  Elles ont généralement lieu le deuxième mercredi de chaque
mois, avec relâche en juillet et août.  C'est l'occasion de discuter
des dernières nouveautés dans le monde Linux, d'établir des contacts
et d'assister à une présentation technique portant sur un sujet relié
à Linux et aux logiciels ouverts.  Elles ont souvent lieu à l'École
Polytechnique de Montréal.

about real-time applications development using the Linux Real Time
Application Interface (RTAI) and LTT.  The technical differences
between RTAI and RTLinux will be addressed.

Our monthly technical meetings are free and open to all.  They are
generally held on the second Wednesday of each month, except in July
and August.  They are an opportunity to discuss the latest news in the
Linux world, establish contacts, and listen to a technical
presentation on a Linux and open software related subject.  They are
often held at École Polytechnique de Montréal.

tpconfig version 3.0 has now been released.  tpconfig is a command-line
utility to set options on Synaptics Touchpad and (now) ALPS Glidepad/
Stickpointers.  Most people primarily use it to turn off the 'tap mode'
on laptop 'touchpads'.

New features in 3.,0 include the first limited support for the ALPS devices.
