Hey folks,
I've written up the key signing method that Phil Z. invented while
sitting in the SURFnet conference room at the Key Server Managers'
Symposium this past May, watching Peter Wan to keep our key signing party
from becoming complete chaos. It hasn't been used on a large scale yet,
but I plan to put it to the test at the next Cypherpunks meeting.
Before I do, I would like some feedback. Please let me know if there are
any flaws in what I have laid out here.
The paper is at http://sion.quickie.net/keysigning.txt
Thanks,
