	Messages on the ssh mailing list have indicated that at least two
versions of the 2.0 version of ssh will be available.  It has also been
stated that a freeware reference implimentation will be available.

	The drafts have been removed from the IETF drafts directory because
there have been no change to them during the nominal draft expiry.  The
proposal is still on track.
