The Region III Director suggests that you read your National by-laws,
particularly the section regarding regional/sectional boundaries. Discuss
all you like at the Region III conference, recognizing that no action can
take place there. In the same vein, note that there are many chapters who
are somewhat disaligned in respect to the "nearest" chapter. Perhaps you can
band together in some sort of political action committee and accomplish
something at the National Convention.

If you'd like to defect, please submit your application (in triplicate)
along with your $1,000 application fee to the Lee Correll Slush Fund.
(it's a joke folks, just a joke).

In an aside, why are there only 5 people coming to the Regional Conference?
