Chris,

Having an office where the chapter can shut the door is perfectly OK.
Having your school make you pay for it strikes me as nasty, but if you
decide it is worth it....

The only thing that Nat. by-laws forbid is chapter maintaining sleeping
area for the brothers. (not to say if a shagged out brother sleeps on
the couch in the office that it will cause problems.)

I know of a chapter that actually looked into getting a chapter pickup
truck. That would have been OK too.
