Since there seems to be alot of questioning going on, here are some more...
Should a brother express a problem of a chapter on this list if it does not
concern ceremony information?
How do you feel about brothers from a chapter who are on the list as monitors
checking to make sure chapter "problems" are not discussed on the list?
