APO *IS* mentioned in the Scout Handbook. In the one I grew up
with(the one with the handy thumb index), it was mentioned in the "Special
Opportunities" section. I imagine it is still in the new one, although I
couldn't tell you exactly where. I will dig out my new book and look up the
page.
