I think the Minnesota Alpha Chapter is the fraternity mentioned in
the trivia game file. If memory serves, a social fraternity using the
letters "Alpha Phi Omega" existed at a university when our APO was founded.
They are the only Greek organization outside us to be allowed to use the
letters. I believe that is the meaning.
