The way I heard it, the boyfriend of the woman from whose house
the bench was taken, jumped into a car...followed them...and then
shot the driver.
If this is the case, I can't see any court in the land failing
to convict the boyfriend as being the one responsible. This isn't
a case of B&E or self-defense. The guy FOLLOWED them after they left
the premises and then fired.....
