I don't have time to comment on what Gerry said about Alcorn State right
now, but he did mention something about lawsuits everyone should keep in
mind:
-There is nothing stopping anyone from suing anyone else.
-The fact that we may be "right" and eventually win a suit does not mean
that we can't go belly-up while trying to defend ourselves against a
lawsuit.

Lawsuits are very expensive. You can win one and still go bankrupt in
the process....
