Howdy brothers,
Something about this whole thing doesn't sit well with me. It is
truly a tragedy that someone was shot and killed. However, the thing that
I dont' understand is the connection with APO. How can a chapter "pretend" to
be a chapter, if their rights of membership have been dismissed? I thought it
was not possible to initiate new pledges, since the paperwork had to go to
Nationals, or carry on above routine chapter business. After all, don't we
have to pay dues every semester/year?
I'd love it if someone could explain this to me.
