Although I have no real knowledge of the "null and void" charter
situation being discussed, another possibility is that the chartering
school requested that there not be a chapter there anymore. Even if
it isn't the case here, I think it bears reminding that chapters of
Alpha Phi Omega exist only with the continued approval of the school
administration.
