Ok guys (and gals). Here's a question I was wondering about.
The other day, I got my Torch & Trefoil in the mail and in the back (under
the column that explained what the executive board has been doing), there
were a bunch of "actions" that stated that the board had declared such-and-
such a chapter at such-and-such a school "null and void".
What does this mean?

PS: Not to bring up something again that was already discussed, but the board
also decided to censure Warren Wiedman (Region II director) and called for
his resignation.
