i had to log off the list for a few days due to the fact that I have been
too busy. First, I had a physics test monday, an anatomy test tuesday, and a
pa
a parasitology test today. I think I did well on them even though they were
all HARD! To top all this off, the construction on our Student Union was
finished and the student activities was assigned to move in this week. The
cherry on this cake is the fact that our illustrious Student Body President
(Nick Jordan) was out of town this week with some administrators and I had to
coordinate the move-in (as second in command). So, now that "hell week" is
over, I have time to resubscribe to my mail. carey- now i know what it's like
to not have slept for about 72 hours!).
The good news is that our Student Senate Office will be connected to the Webb
Center LAN, which will allow connection to the mainframe (so I can check my
mail from the convenience of my own office). the computer dude came by
today and put the hardware and software in the machine. The only things
left to do are to a) turn on the server, and b) tell me my password for the LAN.
This is going to be dangerous. Now, I'll never get off the computer. My
first year biology teacher warned me about this!
