1. 1996 National Convention sites: If you have a serious
proposal/comment to make and want to do it in a humorous way -- go for
it. If you want to just make a silly remark, please refrain -- or
send it as a personal message to the person who made the post you are
responding to. There are a lot of people on APO-L these days. Some
of them have to pay for their access. Other people simply run out of
mail quota when the traffic starts getting high. Please be
considerate of your fellow brothers when you post.
2. Please make sure that when you send a personal reply it really is
going only to that person and not the list also.
3. If you want to know if anyone from a particular school is on the
list please send the command: REVIEW APO-L to LISTSERV@PURCCVM or
LISTSERV@VM.CC.PUDUE.EDU to get a list of everyone on APO-L and use
that list to determine if there is anyone on the list from the school
you are interested in. If that doesn't work, and the request isn't
time critical, please send me personal mail rather than asking the
list.
